Very useful with a few exceptions

This app makes it very efficient to book a hotel. The problem that I have is that it rarely shows the size of the rooms. For example if a room is 350 ft.² then it should say that on the description. Also I have a problem with their not being a phone number to call as opposed to a chat window.

I don’t travel a ton, but when I do have always used Hotels.com app. I’ve never had any issues and have always gotten more than I paid for and then some. Will always be a return customer.

Been using this app for the past few years, and it was been very easy to book our in advance and last-minute stays. The sponsored hotels trick me for a second from time to time, but that can’t really be avoided these days. Hotels.com is great overall, especially with customer service, so I’ll be using this app for the foreseeable future!
No refund

I had 2 rooms for my son in law’s family and myself and my wife in Tifton Georgia at Country Inn and Suites. The hotel was dirty with dogs barking and we left asking for a refund, the front desk said we had to go thru hotel.com. We called them and they refused to issue us a full refund. Don’t go thru hotel.com for any reservations as we had valid reasons to leave and refused to give us a refund. And don’t stay at the country inn and suites in Tifton Georgia. It’s the most dirtiest hotel I’ve ever in countered

Booked with hotels.com for a trip to Italy but due the coronavirus outbreak, we had to cancel out trip but they did not allow us to cancel our hotel booking and said they were not able to help us.

I booked a Hotel in Vegas, when we got to the Hotel. The clerk told me that there were at capacity and that they did not have my information. I was changed. thankfully I will be refunded but it will take up to 15 days, just wanted my time.

I find it EXTREMELY frustrating that I am unable to find and book a flight using a mobile device.

Every time I use this app on my phone it is super easy to use. I find the navigation easy. The graphics are great resolution.
