Rewards – Hotels.com: Travel Booking Review

I had rewards for a free room tried to use it tried to pay with PayPal couldn’t remember my password so I backed out tried to rebook at my rewards were gone it shows I still have rewards but I was not allowed to use them online tried to call because I didn’t have a confirmation number I kept getting hung up on by the recording.
