Can’t log in or get help

I don’t understand why you reach 3.50 dollars left on your account you can’t get back into your account it blocks you from getting back into your account I have had to create two different accounts. Very unhappy and I don’t know if I will even get a refund back.

I loved this app, I was finally able to see my husband after months. And it was working just fine up until today, it keeps crashing and when it finally opens it will take forever to load home screen. Once it finally loads, I get a call, And I push the answering button and it will still keep ringing. When I finally get to answer the call I can’t see my husband but he can see me. I don’t know what happened but this needs to be fixed ASAP!

So it was great for the first month or so, but suddenly it became frustratingly (and expensively) problematic. I log in, and within seconds it tells me I have to be logged in to use the app. I click ok and log in again, and again it says the same thing! When I did have enough time to receive a call from my incarcerated friend before the app told me I wasn’t logged in, we were able to start the call but then shortly into the call it booted me again! Truued again with same result. Therefore, so far, this glitchy app has cost me the price of the calls I attempted, but moreso I have nearly $50 of paid credit on here that o can’t even use, and a friend who has no way to use this system to communicate with me! If you want the burden of being the only way for families and friends to communicate visually with their incarcerated counterparts, you really need to be on top of fixing glitches and bugs as soon as they surface. It looks like someone else (May 19ty review) had the very same problem, and that was more than 2 months ago!! I hope this issue hasn’t gone unresolved for that long! Otherwise it is a fantastic concept, and has great potential as long as you can make it bug-free.

Freezing up in most calls $.10 a min was expected Maybe I over looked but each person that is to speak needs there own account if wanting to speak.sepetate phone and email for each member no matter age The facility will deactivate the account an keep all the money. So make sure no one else is in a conversation. Friends an family need to say Friend or Family MEMBER ONLY. Not friends an family Recommend making another account. Said add funds then says account denied only after the fact

I can’t login my account, i have to call them at least once a week to have them log me in because for some odd reason it never lets me log in. The customer service on the phone is terrible and many of dropped calls.

This update is impossible to use. I can’t for the life of me get the App to download and please return to the previous App. This is a total mess and especially for families trying to visit. And how about the children who really need to visit with a mom or dad! FIX THIS NOW PLEASE!

The app is saying there is a new update and to “tap to update” but when the App Store opens it says it’s not available in the US. Now I can’t even use the app at all because I just keep being redirected to the App Store to “update” a version that is not available to me!

This app truly needs work to be done. I keep getting logged out for no reason, it’s either the video or audio messing up and it always tell me the person is available after they’re not on it anymore. Highly disappointed.

The update has caused widespread damage to your service. I get that you are a newer application and still working out the bugs but this last update has made the app useless. I think everyone was much happier before the update. Is it possible to undo the update and go back to the prior saved version? I was having trouble so I decided to log out then back in to “refresh” the app. When I tried logging back in it said my username or password is in correct. The best was to recover either is to hit the “forgot your password” button. I was prompted to type in my email address, which I did. I received an error message telling me “User not found”. I had to ask a friend for the phone number because it’s within the app and when you get locked out you can’t call anyone for help and what’s next, they keep my money? I hope they help and get this all straightened out. I’ve spent money using this and still have a balance on my account that I would like to use. I have never written a poor review but if you don’t hear it from your customers how will you get better? Please fix it soon!!!
