Not happy and this app steals money from us

I could not fix my information. It auto filled the wrong information. I tried to correct it and start all over and it didn’t let me. Then it kept me out saying my password was wrong.

This app is like a roller coaster it works smoothly one day and then other days it won’t connect at all or it hangs up during the calls and keeps doing it please fix this it’s hard for us to talk to our loved ones with this bug in the app.

Service is very poor and over priced! Many many times the connections aren’t made or disconnected while eating up your ability to communicate and money! This is an absolutely terrible system and no alternatives are offered! Even though you have the app and an account, when you receive a call , you have to start all over with the log in process. By the time you restart the whole process and complete it , your call is terminated before you can even answer the call. Apparently the kickbacks to the powers to be must be pretty good or they wouldn’t allow this abuse to continue!
Update broke more than it fixed.

I was fine with this app until this update. Now it drops calls constantly and takes longer to disconnect and call back but manages to charge you during that time. It freezes constantly and any time I go to dismiss a notification, it cuts my screen to black and we get warnings from the facility that my face has to be visible at all times and they will suspend your account for having too many warnings. Ridiculous.
Waiting on hold

I have been waiting on hold for at least 15 minutes. Your recording says that I can press one at any time and leave a message I have tried pressing one numerous times and have not yet gotten a recording where I can leave a message for a callback therefore your equipment is not working!!!

I used to love homewav, but now…… the calls don’t last long before they drop, they aren’t even charging for the calls so the balance is never accurate & again my loved one has to call 18 times in 6 minutes because they keep ending the calls.
