I’ve used this app for a while and I agree since this last update I’ve lost more money with the whole thing. Video never comes in and I have to force the app closed. I get logged out a lot. And sometimes it takes any where from 15-30 seconds before I get to see him. So that’s already money lost. This needs to be fixed as much as we pay already.

Had a tutorial screen that you scrolled left 3x. Had a start button and it referred you back to the tutorial. Web browser version is awesome. Too bad this version blows.
Doesn’t work!

This app doesn’t work anymore. And when you login through the browser, the video chat feature isn’t available. Complete waste of money. Added funds to the account and can’t even use it. Please fix!!!

First off, I would like to note. That this thing has ripped me off my money twice. 3-7 days my ass that it will return funds only to find nothing back in. You’d have to call CS to figure that one out. Also to note if you request a refund, expect a 7.50 processing free, so regardless if you think you’re getting something back you’re paying for it. The quality is horrible, push notifications spam your device endlessly that you’re automatically logged off once you open the app. No point in updating the app. It’s terrible.

It logs me out every time. Don’t work unless I’m hooked up to WiFi and I have unlimited everything. It automatically hangs up the phone randomly and it lags and freezes

Please work on this app and also UPDATE!!! Some people this is the only way to communicate with they loved ones and it’s always something wrong with this. Also they took my money I put on to talk I don’t like that. Fix this please

I can’t even get the ap to upload fully to add my brother to it. What is the problem? I’ve waited a very long time to get to see his face and then can’t because the ap isn’t working right
