Constantly being logged out

Missed calls daily because the app logs me out, randomly. Calls are cut off when I answer them. Sound cuts in and out constantly. Terrible update.

If you’re going to make video calling available for inmates then make sure they can actually call their family and friends and children by allowing the people they’re calling to pick up. I get notifications that my boyfriend the father of my kid is trying to call but it doesn’t pop up with the answer or decline screen pop up so I can’t even answer it when he calls and he probably gets mad so he goes offline after that. Maybe make it so we can send a call request when they’re active on the app as well? This is ridiculous though, you guys need some major fixes not just “minor bug fixes”.

Got an account set up and waited for approval. Once I got my approval denied, I logged back in to retry and noticed that the money I had added to my fund was all gone. Never got a chance make a call or message. When I clicked on request a refund, It says that there is a $7.50 processing fee. This is too much. On top you also pay when adding funds for the processing. In very disappointed that I’m losing money and not even get to talk to my friend.

I using the app and it will just log me out for no reason and won’t let me log back in it for hours to the point to where I delete the app and add it back till i delete it and re install then 10 mins later it mess up again
DISAPPOINTING, ISSUES NEED FIXED

I don’t know what’s going on, however, being constantly kicked off and having precious funds taken because the app is malfunctioning is very disappointing. My husband is currently in the local county jail and for some odd reason, HomeWAV isn’t working the way it usually does. It keeps logging me out and kicking us off in mid-conversation, then not allowing us to re-login. I have noticed you have been receiving some really bad reviews lately and I don’t know if you need to update the app to get rid of whatever is causing these issues or what. The last update was over a month ago. My husband and I have a 3 year old daughter as well and I’m gets very upset when our video calls get interrupted and then we can’t receive calls for at least 30 minutes after getting kicked off. It’s also taking more money then it should when it happens. It’s $0.20/minute as of right now per call. We are tight budgeted as it is and for us to put funds on his account just to be constantly kicked off is a bit upsetting. Hope you guys figure out what’s going on and are able to fix this in a timely matter so that others like myself are able to talk to their loved ones.

I’m very disappointed in this app at this time!! My son has been incarcerated for months and he needs face to face contact with him mental health issues. All of sudden at the holidays this app has gone to crap!! I was in a middle of a call and it kept logging me out, telling me I wasn’t logged in and would continuously kick the call out, numerous times! I have deleted app and retried, I’ve even tried to make a new account and it gives me same message. Now what about the funds I’ve put on here for him and we can’t even use them? Complete disappointment and very frustrating!!!

‼️HomeWav will not delete your account without written permission from the correction facility. So in case you did not know, YOU DO NOT CONTROL YOUR ACCOUNT. Once you sign up with this service you do not have permission to delete your account and associated data, you can only deactivate your account…leaving your account details for HomeWav to do as they please. ‼️
