So I downloaded the app and set it up only has a loading symbol won’t let me do anything else

Every time I try to talk to my hubby it leaves him frozen in the screen!! This app would be 5 stars if only those bugs where fix!!
Extremely disappointed after this last update

Ever since the update was done with screen rotation available, this app is a waste of money for customers to see their loved ones in the jail system. Save your money and schedule a visit in person or call on the phone until they fix this problem. The other problem I have with this app is it doesn’t date the visits correctly. It started dating the visits for the next date after the visit. Contacted customer service with HomeWAV, technical support said they couldn’t fix this issue. They kept telling me it was a problem with my phone. I said it’s a problem in the app not my phone. Then the other issue is that I was charged $.30, 3 different times but the inmate didn’t come thru on my side but bc they were on the phone on his side they said they won’t refund my money to me bc once again they say it was a problem with my phone. So beware of everyone of spending money on this app until they can get their act together and fix these problems. This is from someone that spends $45 a week on this app. So now they are going to lose about $200 a month. I hope they’ll be happy knowing this. Plus I would like to add that even now when I tap on the app I get an error message which I never got before this last update but of course they will say it’s a problem with my phone considering that I have the same phone that I had before this update. I wouldn’t even give them one star but you can’t send it otherwise. Wow. It gets better. Now it won’t even let me send the review.

I loved the app until the last update just a few days ago. I was able to see and hear the audio clearly, it lagged here and there but I wasn’t about to complain when I finally had the opportunity to see and talk to someone in jail over an app! After the update, I am no longer even able to stay logged in! It logs me out and has me unable to get any calls or notifications anymore and so I can’t even have a conversation anymore with the person I’m tryna talk to! EVERY time I gotta log back in. And every time it shows me the terms and conditions and I gotta confirm and accept it and then log back in again. That’s just insane. And a complete waste of an app that provides this service. I’m seriously fed up after a week almost of not even being able to talk to the person I’m tryna talk to! It really messes up with your emotions as this is never gonna be easy to deal with or easy to talk with a loved one that’s an inmate. So that whole oh-we-almost-have-it-working-and-up-again then it doesn’t work and you can’t see or talk to them, is a realllllllly messed up feeling that this app’s purpose should be to avoid from happening and help demolish entirely, and instead, connect you to the person instead of play with your emotions hot n cold like that! Please fix that! It was great otherwise BEFORE the update.

App was working fine, until a complete days ago when it updated. Now it constantly logs me off and has me confirm term and conditions. It’s very hard now to talk to the inmate because every time I click on by the time I’m done logging on they are off already. Please fix

Let me just start out by saying HomeWAV is probably one of the worst FaceTime apps there is! If I could give negative stars I would give a thousand. It feeds off the fact that there is no other way to talk to your loved one beside this awful app. It’s a terrible money scheme that uses horrible quality. HomeWAV is the only app I am able to use in order to talk to my family member yes it’s helpful but I wanna see the one I love in person I wanna touch there hand this video company has completely destroyed conjugal visits. The old HomeWAV was a little better but then it updated and now constantly cuts out and says “error” and then logs me out, the audio is scratchy, there’s this new user agreement that keeps popping up no matter how many times I’ve pressed agree on it every time I enter the app it just pops up again. This app is awful and I hate that anyone is actually forced to download this terrible app! These little things that are so easy to fix would help a ton just go back to before the update so I can atleast have a phone call without it getting blurry (and my internet connection is fine before you ask!)

While using the app we are constantly cut off and when it does it takes the full min. If you don’t connect it will take your full min while you wait. When I contacted customer service they blamed it on my speed after I had already used their test and it wasn’t on my end. Then blamed the facility then when I told them it was their program crashing they pretty much told me oh well. The app has taken so much money from us but it’s the only way to have contact with my person so we are forced to use it. It’s a huge scam.

I keep getting an error message to check my internet connection something about WiFi and I just paid my bill and I’m even in my own home and logged into my home WiFi. This app is more frustrating than my man violating again.

I have used this App twice with the same inmate,first time no problem this time all my info just disappeared at first ig was showing me when he was on line then some how I was logged out!! Now it’s not showing that I even have an account and I have sensitive information CAN’T RVEN REACH A LIVD OPERATOR
