I can’t hear any audio when I play a video I sent.

I put $20 on this account and there was a two dollar processing fee, not bad. I tried to schedule a date to talk and all the dates are unavailable. I ask for a refund and was told that I had to pay a $7.50 fee… TOTALLY BOGUS!!

So the app is nice as far as being able to do calls from home with video it seems to glitch a lot when in a call even not moving around and on good wifi but it os convenient in terms of being able to still support someone from far

the app is good overall but it logs me out and makes me put in a password almost everytime i get a call its really annoying when i can log in and answer my brothers calls

Logs me out when I’m receiving a call and won’t keep me logged in. Shows I have a new message but unable to access it. Keeps asking to accept Terms and Agreement even though I have several times.
