If I could give this app zero stars I would. It seriously is just waste of your time and memory. I can't believe they promote the download of this crap on their website. When you try to log in to your account, it crashes. It's not even good for getting your basic health insurance info since you can't even log in. Health net needs to get their $h!t together or just get rid of the app completely.

I actually wish this app didn't even exist because then we could imagine a better future where Heath Net might someday release a cool app. But no, this is awful. It's basically unusable because various screens simply didn't load. Feels like a project that was started years ago, outsourced, and never maintained. It builds on Health Net's other shows of incompetence including their desktop website, claims, and enrollment. Please someone disrupt this awful industry.

Health Net should be ashamed of themselves. This is the most useless piece of crap app. I'm not surprised though. Their website is crap too.

HealthNet app requires you login to use it. Fine, that makes sense. It is reasonable to assume once you've logged in, it might know what plan you have. Nope. You have to pick from a list of many plans (even thought it has a rendering of your ID card if you need it). What? You know my plan ID and member number but not my plan? Searching for a provider? You'd better know their last name, or search won't work. I tried to use this app to look for a new general practitioner in my area. I can pick the area and I can pick the specialty, but you can't search without a last name. This app is amazingly broken, like the healthcare insurance industry it serves.

This app lacks the main reason one would even go through the trouble of downloading it - bill pay. It's baffling that every major company has a bill pay option in their app and this doesn't have it. Without bill pay this app is useless. Uninstalling.

Not well designed aesthetically nor very functional. Anthem allows you to fax or email your id card so you don’t have to bring a hard copy. Also, Health Net should allow the user to add the id card to Apple’s Passbook.
