Fire the App architect/developer

This is one of the poorest designed app. Always hangs and I dont get a lot of information. They might as well export all info to a pdf file and do away with the app completely. So frustrating. Fire the developer.

App doesn’t work and site shows up in Spanish. I have to spend an hour with customer support whenever I want to get info for a dr appointment. CEO Jay Gellert, get with the times, healthnet has sucked for years.

Terrible app to match a terrible insurance company. Service is a joke, not up to par with what Im paying every month. Next open enrollment I’ll be switching companies. Overpriced for what it is. Crappy app, what do you expect, its Hnet!
Now I remember why I deleted the App

Just downloaded the app again and now I remember why I deleted it in the first place. All you can do is sign on and that’s it. The app is unusable. Physician/Group search is useless. Comes up as “not found” with each letter you type in and with some kind of refresh of the screen and lag. I really don’t know why this app is so bad and why it’s even available in the App Store.

Not well designed aesthetically nor very functional. Anthem allows you to fax or email your id card so you don’t have to bring a hard copy. Also, Health Net should allow the user to add the id card to Apple’s Passbook. No Touch ID entry. Doesn’t function most of the time. Can’t Health Net afford to hire a decent programmer? Pathetic! Just bad on every level. Worst app I’ve encountered by far!

Bill Pay doesn’t work

No matter what they say on their website that you can pay electronically, you can’t. Click on the bill pay link and all you get is a white screen, no data. Even after an update 2 weeks ago where it had hoped they had updated for iPhone X - ha.

All I want to do I pay my bill. Why is there no option in this official app for that? USELESS!!!
No way to enter primary care doctor or look at statements

You can search and add docs to favorites but can't find a way to id one as you primary care physician. Secondly there is no way to look at statements.
