App crashes, can't search by specialty, doesn't populate insurance after log in. Why bother with an app if it's unusable!!!!

It worked for a while and then stopped working completely saying the servers are not working. Just use the mobile website and save yourself the trouble.

Didn't even let me log in, nor punch in any type of location. If I could give it zero stars I would. When I had blue shield, their app was very convenient. But this app should just be removed from the App Store unless they actually make it work. That would be great.
3 years no update!!! Even LA care was updated in 2014!!!

3 years no update.... That is sad, even LA care was updated once in 2014. Did they abandon their own app? Even with 2015 update the app crashes and needs me to enter log in information and every time I close the app. Wasted so much time trying to use this app. Save my log in info at least. My phone already has a passcode and fingerprint ID on.

There web site is bad, and this is even worse. A word of advice, locate the phone number on the back of your card and talk to a human. The time on hold and frustration will be a lot less. [DON'T DOWNLOAD] Use the phones memory for a fun game to play when your on hold.

I'm not someone who leaves bad reviews just because something doesn't meet my precise expectations. I will leave a bad review when something is so bad it might as well not exist. Seriously. It would be better if HealthNet didn't even have an app. Also it says in the App Store that this was updated in APRIL 2015 ---- HOW? In what way???? IT DOES NOTHING. I've kept it just to see if there would ever be an update. If maybe one day there'd be a purpose. But there is no purpose. The app is absolute sh-t. Also, everything everyone else said is true. And yes, their website, even when you are logged into your specific member account, is crap. 90% of the "providers" aren't actual providers. Google Maps is probably more helpful when it comes to finding a doctor near you. The only reasonable explanation for such a poor website and "app" (just delete it, guys) is if HealthNet fired everyone in their IT/web development department. Then maybe this would make sense.

This app does one thing - to tell you that the server is not responding. It's everything I'd expect after spending an hour on their website. I now regret signing up for this provider. It's money not worth saving.

I have never been compelled to write a single review in all my years using the App Store. But this app deserves -5 stars for being the most useless app I have ever seen (and I have seen many but this takes the cake). Only thing that functions consistently is the pop up with 'server unavailable'! A useless app that is non-functional. If this is what to expect from Health Net as a whole, I am starting to regret switching back to them come January 1st. They even had the audacity to send me with my welcome kit a flyer promoting this app. Don't waste your time downloading this app.
