This app has not been updated since 2011!!!! Requires iOS 3 or later!! What a joke!!! DO NOT DOWNLOAD!! The app crashes every time I try to log in! How useless is an app that you can't even use???? The app works just about as well as this company!

I downloaded the app multiple times and from multiple devices and it never worked. I tried to load my information but always crashed and auto close the app.

Still not designed for 4" screen, still not designed for ios 7, buggy, slow. I only downloaded to pay bill for my parents but guess what, you cant even pay bill in this crap.
Needs an update badly.

This app definitely needs to be updated. I have the iPhone 6 and the app is still in the format for the smaller iPhones. Also, it's very slow and I can't do anything on it without it freezing. Last update for it says May 2011. Talk about our dated. No wonder why it doesn't work properly with the new iOS. Not worth downloading. ?

Latest version doesn’t keep crashing like the previous one, but provider search while signed in does not work. When searching a provider as a guest, iOS location services does not seem to be working and a map is presented to determine location manually. Unfortunately, I was trying to search for my existing doctors and add them as favorites but was not able to do so. There is no in-app feedback or way to obtain support from within the app. Other functions now work, including display of details for my PCP, and co-pays. Previous version always crashed when accessing the Provider tab.
