Poorly done

Not well designed aesthetically nor very functional. Anthem allows you to fax or email your id card so you don’t have to bring a hard copy. Also, Health Net should allow the user to add the id card to Apple’s Passbook. No Touch ID entry. Just bad on nearly every level.
It does not work

You can sign in and see insurance card. If you use it for anything else it shuts off. Needs major improvements.
Simply doesn't work

This app hasn't been able to connect to the Health Net server for weeks. You won't be able to even log in. Save this app developers! I really liked being able to pay my bill via the billpay.

This app needs some improvements. It should at least store the username. TouchID support would be great to have. I'm not so sure it will survive the transition to iOS 11 with the 64 bit requirement. I hope the developer will update it before it falls off the App Store. ProviderSearch can't find my provider. The vertical scroll also seems to lock up while inputting all the fields. Tapping the Health Net header at the top of the screen appears to unfreeze it permitting you to enter the rest of the data. The app is still worthy of being saved. It's one of the few apps that doesn't bug you for a review.

Good app but can use some major updates In my personal opinion. Only gonna give a 1 star review bcuz that's the lowest that is allowed. Will update once modifications have been done .... and I kno I'm not the only 1 that thinks so 2 •Login feature that keeps u logged in via username and password or my favorite fingerprint scanner •Feature that allows u to store the "My ID card" in the wallets app for greater ease of accessibility •Updated locations of all in network urgent care centers closest to patient location not just doctors office •An updated search/filter option for the specialty doctors, hospitals and urgent care centers Needs for better improvements will greatly help the navigation of the app itself. Great basics and principals but can at times be frustrating. I personally think that these features and along with other modifications would make a world of difference....Please

Can't get past the login screen. Username and password fields can't be selected. Health Net encouraged me to download this. It's a waste of space.

Doesn't provide access to claims data or progress toward deductible, two things often needed while on mobile. Really not much more than an electronic version of your ID card
Disappointing Content

I was looking forward to accessing my EOB's, but it seems that option is not available. I use my phone more than my computer, so having all options available is important to me. This app hasn't been updated since 2011, so I'm sure no one is paying attention to these comments. Why bother keeping it online?!

What a waste of space on my phone. I log in, it crashes. Every.Single.Time. Also hilarious how it hasn't been update to utilize the screen space of iPhone 5 and above; the info line of your phone will hover a 1/4 inch down the screen.
