Thought the app was good. Can not even log in crashes all the time. Waiting new fix I guess.

As someone who's been designing and building iOS Apps since 2008; this is a complete waste of code. The App consistently crashes every time I try to log in. Can't imagine how it ever passed QA.

If you put the wrong password, it completely freezes. If you put the right password, it still freezes, but at least it gives you a spinning wheel to stare at.

Over the pass 12 months this app has crash almost at ever attempt to access varies info. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, reset cell phone at varies levels , reinstalled on all new iPhone replacements an upgrades, contacted health net varies depts and seek apple support; no meaningful support to improve the app has been provided. It a piece of boo boo!
Not too much progress
So far I can't get past any screen without it freezing and then crashing. Try to login, freezes and crashes. Try to find a contact number, freezes then crashes. It's absolutely useless. You'd think that a huge insurance company could hire a simple app designer and make something that works, but no. Horrendous app. Makes me wonder why I even give them my money for health insurance.

App crashes when I try to log in. App freezes if I try a guest search. This app is unusable as is.

Can't open app. Crashes at login page every time on iOS 8, iPhone 5. When the app did work I found it old and outdated. It's still formatted for older 3.5" screens.

Unfortunately, I haven't been able to use this app much at all. It hangs when I try to log in or crashes instantly when it does log in. It's also not updated for iOS 8 and doesn't even have the updated screen size for iPhone 5. Very sad app. Makes me want to switch health insurance providers.

Piece of junk. All it does is crash. Doesn't make me feel good about having my insurance with a company that can't get their app to work.
