Why is this even on the App Store? It’s useless. Don’t bother. Very disappointed.

This app is totally worthless. Can’t login, then if you do can’t get any useful information. Healthnet should be embarrassed to present this. But then again that is pretty much par for the course. Would give 0 stars if possible.

I mistakenly pressed two. The app is absolutely useless. Cannot navigate, cannot do proper search. Useless.

Don’t recommend using at all. Most of the buttons and options do not work. Provider Search is a joke. This acts like it’s a 10 year old app that hasn’t ever been updated.

All you can do with this APP is log in. The provider search doesn’t let you select a group. This app is a waste of time!

I don’t know why I took the time to download this app. It’s useless. There’s no medical history. You can’t search for providers. It only gives me my I’d card and my doctors name.
App is garbage. Doesn’t even work!

Downloaded the app and it wouldn’t even load. Just serves me a blank page when I tap on it. Health Net should be ashamed to have an app like this available to their customers. Where is all of my money going if they can’t even execute on a mobile app correctly for their customers?
