Obviously have a terrible app in which you can’t access in flight. Doesn’t that defeat the purpose? Start with a better network. Interface isn’t bad but it’s worth nothing if it crashes


Does not work

The app does not work on my brand new ipad. It does not ask for a log in. But it does seem to work on my samsung phone. I wanted to watch movies in flight on the ipad, but no workie. heck, icouldnt even browse the web. Sure made for a long 6 hour flight.


It’s not an app.

This is not an app if you are prompted to “ go to website” for every thing you need. All this does is ask if you want to open browser. This is worse than Honolulu traffic.


Doesn’t work or login

You're Great

Always says “unable to complete request at this time” (log in). With correct username and password. No explanation or options or help offered. App has been updated and stil never works.


Does not allow you to check in! Frequent bugs

The add bags screen repeatedly breaks and claims “unable to open this screen.” There’s no way for you to move forward in the app and check in. Completely useless. Horrible user experience.

Unable to access any information

While trying to get information for a flight in three hours, I am only receiving messages that the app can’t process my requests. I can not find my terminal, gate or boarding time. This app is useless.

The worst airline ever

I flew from Boston to Honolulu. The flight was in the morning and delayed for 12 hours. The reason is ‘ we are a small crew, the maintenance team need to get at least 8 hour rest to get back to fix the plane.’ Right, so sounds like all the passengers does not need to rest. We landed 4 AM in the morning get $300 credit, only for booking new flight within a year, non-transferable. I cannot even use the credit on upgrading seat. So it’s basically forcing me to come back to Hawaii again within a year, because that’s the only way I can spend the credit. Is this your sincere apologies?!
