Shipping Charge needs to go

I love the app but the shipping needs to be removed. This is a huge company and they have a lot of customers who shop a lot and spend lots of money ordering and returning. My humble opinion would be to wave the shipping. ??‍♀️

I’ve gotten some really amazing buys on Nordstrom Rack/HauteLook. However....there’ve been so many times I’ve purchased items, just for them to get cancelled , sometimes quickly and sometimes after a couple of weeks of holding my money during all that time. Having to pay upfront and not until shipped should guarantee an item processed and shipped quickly. This doesn’t happen and they should not be allowed to hold customer’s money if an item has the possiblility of being cancelled. But....when calling CS.....they almost always try to make it right and it will depend on who you get when you call in. But overall.....pretty great buys for high quality items.

While I absolutely love HauteLook and have been a long time shopper, I absolutely dread using this app. It is SO SO SO slow when trying to do almost anything, with the most frustrating things being adding new items to my cart (takes FOREVER to load and then also has a prompt you have to respond to, which makes this even more annoying and almost not worth dealing with), and the second being updating your cart, no matter what it is that is being updated (removing item, adding the item after it times out, etc.) Please, PLEASE fix your app ASAP. You guys are losing so much business from me alone, not to mention the millions of others that I’m sure are experiencing these same issues. The most recent bugs that need to be fixed also include shopping cart issues and the app constantly crashing down. Sometimes when the app crashes, I reopen the app and everything in my cart is gone. GONE. If this continues for much longer, I am going to shop elsewhere. Your developers and QA’s aren’t doing their jobs and losing Nordstrom a lot of $$$.

Nordstrom is now promoting Marxism

I am a huge fan of Nordstrom and Rack and as I was scrolling to my surprise they had artwork for sale that promotes some of the Marxist and communist trash that is being pushed in our country. I will no longer support a corporation who promotes the ideals in a country that allows them to become wealthy.

There used to be new merchandise popping up weekly. Now you see the same items week after week just repackaged in different events. B O R I N G!!! The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is you can sometimes find a great deal on something.

Idk what happened with the last update, but items in your back won’t update to say out of stock. You also can’t click on the brand at the top that leads to all of the items from that brand. It’s a lot less user friendly.

You get what you pay for. I have made (what I thought ) were multiple purchases with Apple pay on Nordstrom Rack. Apparently, when using Apple Pay which should simplify things, there is no order number and no way to track the order. It’s like a surprise if it shows up. The last thing I ordered just never came at all. And I can’t check on it. Once Apple Pay is clicked the order disappears. Lesson learned. Deleted the app. I can’t live like this.

APP NEEDS TO BE FIXED

Ordered 3 pairs of shoes last week which were supposed to be delivered today. Tried to open the app to see any updates on the deliveries. Well, the app dont even work. Tried doing everything possible to check for an update, deleted the app and reinstalled it, turned off my phone and turned it back on.. nothinnggg! Please fix the app Thank You
