I would never shop here again. I ordered some Mother’s Day gifts for family on here over a month ago. They all shipped separately only one arrived on time and one has still not made it to UPS although a label was made a week after I placed the order. I tried calling customer service after waiting for 40 minutes without getting to talk to any one I hung up. I tried their online chat with the same results.

Personally ,I wish you’d go back the way it was a few years ago. Where it was separate from Norstrom‘s rack . I can hardly find anything on here anymore, it’s like the same thing on both apps. And the same old items. Over and over . Please , go back and start over and better items. More clothes made an America , And just a few overpriced brands . I was buying clothes ,and shoes , purses and coats. It’s just the same old same . over and over. End it looks so cheap , I say to myself man what happened to all the good designers . When you used to be able to buy pretty good looking clothing . Pretty soon I may delete both apps.

I’ve purchased some great items at a great price. Returns are super easy in Nordstrom Rack stores whenever an item doesn’t work out even when I don’t have my receipt since they can look things up with your email address.

This app is getting worse with items being sold out and ends of being waste of time. Need MORE VARIETY. Lacks daily deals and the shipments are either quick or lag never consistent!

I dislike that you only have 15 minutes to place your order. If you are going to make you spend $100 to get free shipping then give me more time to shop. Very frustrating to have the items in your cart disappear. Also the app has lots of bugs.

During this pandemic I’ve had issues and no know ever picked up the phone. You could be on hold all day. I’m very disappointed, discount codes did I go in you cart. I didn’t get my 25 percent off on my last order.
