I have shopped on Nordstrom Rack for years. I’ve had a few issues that were usually taken care of. But I’m so tired of products being listed as available but we’re not!!! Also very disappointed at the fact that when you place an order only to have it cancelled with an I'm so sorry we can not fulfill your order 2 hours later!! It should not have been listed as available in the first place!! Shame on you for false advertising and deceiving your shoppers!!!! Sofia Tollar

I try to update my app, but popup a message saying that it’s no longer available and the developer remove the app, why is that?... in the website appears the link to the app-store for downloading the app. I don’t understand what’s happens. And when I want to send something to the cart, shows a message saying “there a currently no items on your cart”

I purchased items for Christmas and was never told they were out of stock. I finally called to find out why it’s taking so long for my shipment. Horrible customer service.

I love Nordstrom and the app is so easy to use. The only thing I would like for the app to have is an alert once the thing on my wish list go on sale.

The December update is not working and I have not been able to open the app since the 20th. Had shopping to finish for Christmas.... :(

I don't know if there is a glitch but every time I try to use this app, it keeps telling me there's a new update. My app has been updated, I even deleted the app and reinstalled it, yet same problem. Quite frustrating.
Fraudulent Charge

Got an over fraudulent $600 charge from Nordstrom the same week I downloaded the app. I wouldn’t take a chance on this again! Thank God my credit card company caught the charge and called me!!! Zero Stars.
Only crashes. Can’t open app

Since the update i haven’t been able to open to the app all the way. It crashes almost immediately

I have never had a problem with this app. Have always got my merchandise in a reasonable time. I have been reading negative reviews. I have not ever experienced any of them❤️
