Newest app date just completely broke the app. Nothing comes up at all. Can’t shop now on it. Ridiculous.

Have had so many issues the past few months with carting and checking out and items being doubled accidentally, then I remove quantity back to one and it removes the item entirely. I have log in issues, issues with favorites showing then not showing, and search/filter options are extremely basic. I use the app because I love certain things I find on it but quality and user-friendly wise, it’s awful and frustrating. You’d think the company would put more money into having an amazing app but apparently not.
Reverse the Upgrade

Disappointed about the App upgrade pushed two days ago. If I could reverse it I would. 1st, you can’t put anything on hold. 2nd, new update disabled the ability to find like brands by clicking on their name. Now for the same brand item listing you have to search for them. 3rd, is the increase in items I’m finding with two different prices (normally cheaper until you add it to your cart), and finally 4th, way too many ghost items left behind to haunt or remind you of what you missed out on purchasing. There needs to be script created to search for and remove all unavailable items. I’m a big fan and shopper, but new update is making online shopping more difficult than easy. Hope these critiques help with the next App upgrade.

This is seriously the worst app update yet. Everything that I previously loved about shopping the app (ability to hold and ability to click brand to shop all items) has gone away. Why make such drastic changes to something that works well and customers enjoy?!? Frustrating
Can’t order with account

I have not been able to order within my account for two weeks now. I have to sign out and order as guest using all the same information including same credit card as is in my account. It’s ridiculous. It’s say it cannot use my card within my account but I sign out and purchase as guest using the same cr card and it accepts it. Also, I have deleted and reloaded app.....didn’t change a thing. Beyond frustrating.

I understand it’s business and quality is important however there are a lot of people who love beautiful pieces of furniture etc. but I had an affordable price I understand society we live in today is what it is I understand that their Waze are no longer available everyone’s credit is question just about most peoples credit are questionable it doesn’t mean we don’t like beautiful things I’m speaking of myself of course you have the most beautiful furniture oh my God beautiful wish I could afford it you’re actually a five star

They did some ‘upgrading’ which really resulted in ‘downgrading ‘ their app!! You can’t search the brands by hitting their name within the sale anymore- most annoying!! You have to go and physically type that brand name - who has time for it! And if you do the search - all annoyed - it pulls up items that were already sold out- but it doesn’t tell you that till you hit on it! What happened to on hold feature??? So stupid to get rid of it. The descriptions are off if not missing altogether - of ingredients, fabric, materials.. and my favorite are the pics- I looked up a lip gloss, which - after swiping left on pics- turned into a dress, which then turned into a shoe, and then finally a mans underwear. Like tf!! Don’t know if I should laugh or cry at this point. Please fix!!!! And bring back better brands and better prices. Who wants to buy same skin care/clothes I can get anywhere else if they’re not discounted?? That was the whole point of HauteLook. Then Nordstromrack chimed in... hmmm I just don’t know. So many problems since then, and now even worse.
