You only get a free shipping if the total price you pay is at least $100. I would buy more often if the case isn’t like that. I force myself to buy a little bit more than I should have to take advantage of the free shipping, which should not be the case every time. I would buy, then, on a different website who offers free shipping for a lesser overall price like Macy’s.

Laggy app full of glitches

This app used to be great but now it’s extremely laggy and has glitches all over the place. After a couple minutes of trying to use it I usually just give up.

I’ve been using the app on my iPhone for many years and I love it! It’s fast and organized nicely. I just now downloaded the app on my iPad, and so far it’s just as smooth as my iPhone. I like the prices and selection of the merchandise. I also like the Nordstrom Rack side of the app, it has even more good stuff on sale!

So far I love that both Haute & Nordstrom Rack are in one & I placed three orders & 1st ordered shipped fast & secure. Downside learned items have to be re-added to your basket if not pd for in a timely manner so I lost out on free shipping however, called customer service next day as I’m a night owl & they adjusted it just fine for me. I’m using my iPhone & very pleased. Thanks bunches.

I spent two hours searching for clothes for a trip and filling my cart. The search feature became buggy and started turning up zero results where I knew that wasn’t possible, and then my cart was empty. No way to recover the items I had saved and I couldn’t remember the names of them. What a frustrating waste of time. I suppose the app wants you to feel rushed and buy right away.
