Do not shop at HauteLook. Even during covid I was shopping and didn’t really go out for months at a time. When I finally ventured out and went to return unworn merchandise with receipts they refused to accept the return because it was past the 60 day return policy. DO NOT SHOP HERE because they will not accept returns with any flexibility even during a global pandemic.
Great APP and Deals

App works really great. No glitches and moves quickly from one page to another. Easy format. The store itself has great deals. Inventory can be limited but that can be expected for buys. Love all of it.
Beyond disappointed

For the fourth time in less than a month, an order that was completed and charged, has ended up being cancelled due to lack of inventory. Today, it was two pairs of Doc Martens. Last week, it was a Herschel backpack. Please figure out your inventory issues!!!!
App is awful now, it needs a major bug fix

For a few days now the app isn’t saving my favorites and no longer shows them. I also tried reaching out to app support and that just takes me to their website. Then I tried member services, they couldn’t help me checkout even when their site was giving so many issues. It took over one hour to place one order. So stressful.

I have been using this app for years. Now all of a sudden, I am unable to add anything to my favorites and all of my previous favorites have disappeared. I keep receiving an error message that says “Error. Can not be added, please try again later.” Please fix this!
Overpriced and pretentious

I am a die hard Nordstrom fan but this app has not proven to be a deal or a bargain. So disappointing. The markdowns and “deals” are mediocre at best. I miss my true quality for a good price and brand. I hope they can survive the recession. Be well Nordys!
Always cancelling your order
Waste of my time once agsin
I placed an order, paid for it and received confirmation of shipping. Then out of the blue I get an email saying they will not be sending what I ordered. No explanation. Just they refunded my money and they will not be sending my order. This happens often. If I wanted my money, then I would have never placed an order.
