Waste of time

I register this card and I loaded with $20.00 have receipt and it is showing zero balance registered on 2 phones ( I don’t know why) when I try to speak with customer service it tells me to download app which I did! Beware . I tried chat with Razzie G who said that don’t have access to account! FRAUD! Be careful everyone your information can and will be taken!

I gave this card/app a 1 Star because first off you have to pay a $7-8 monthly fee then any time you wish to put money on the card it costs you another $5 every time. However that is not the main reason I am giving this a 1 star. I understand that it is a prepaid card & that it does cost money to use their services. My main issue is you can only use the card to buy things in person... & that’s about it. You can’t use it through Uber or lyft, you can’t use it for just about anything in the apple store, nor can you use it to purchase anything from any other websites... I found this incredibly frustrating & found myself wondering what is the purpose of even having this card & paying all the fees. It comes down to whether or not you would rather have cash in your hand or a plastic card to purchase items in person.

Broken- unable to add biller

Had been using this for over a year. Suddenly, after the last update, my biller disappeared (JP Morgan Chase credit card). I tried to add it back multiple times. Never worked. Then went on PC to do it, just get error message in red ( I don’t even get far enough to enter biller name). Tried support 5 times, unable to help. My funds are stuck.


Couldn’t even apply

I tried to apply through the app and it said my address wasn’t found. So I went to help and they said to try again through a browser. Same issue. So I tried on my computer. Same issue. I give up. This is BS.


Horrible Customer Service

Saw the commercial on TV and thought the 3% APR sounded a lot better than the current 2.1% I am currently receiving so I signed up. Yes, I jumped too quickly before researching... after reading a few reviews and finding out there was a high monthly fee and seeing bad reviews, I decided to cancel my account. Of course there is no way to cancel your account on their web site so I called and was on hold 30 minutes (the first time). The CSR I spoke with was very hard to understand and kept saying “Ummmm” and “Uhhhhhh” repeatedly. He wouldn’t cancel my account even though the website says in order to cancel make sure you have a zero balance and to call the number. He had to idea what he was talking about and then refused to transfer my call to a supervisor. I eventually hung up on him and called back. I am currently on hold AGAIN waiting for 27 minutes so far. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO MY WORST ENEMY!


WON’T ALLOW MOBILE CHECK DEPOSIT

In previous versions, mobile check deposit worked fine, but now, every time I’ve tried to use mobile deposit for a check, an error message says “mobile deposit is not available on this account.” Customer support had me log-out, un-install the app, restart my phone, re-install the app, but the same error message comes up telling me mobile deposit isn’t available on my account. Can someone address this because without mobile check deposit, I’m going to be forced to use a diff service.

This is a horrible horrible horrible app do not get it it took a monthly fee out for me and I can’t contact customer service it took 9 dollors from my account and I’m not even going to be using this in a month!? Do not get this it’s horrible if I could give it no stars I would


Transaction History NEVER LOADS

The app will completely time out and log you out before it will pull up your transaction history. This is very annoying seeing how I frequently use this app. So only 3 stars until some form of an update is done to correct this consistent error. I love the vault option that was genius? However not seeing my transaction history makes this kind of pointless.


Customer service is HORRIBLE

I tried for the longest amount of time to try and speak to AN ACTUAL PERSON. The automated system does not give that option, if you want to get through to a person you literally have to report your card stolen. Which goes into another problem, the automated system is just that! It doesn't give any additional information or support.
