The app clearly needs an update. Anytime I want to sign in the app tells me to try again over and over again and so I have to close the app out and try again. Then when I finally sign in it shows none of my information correct. So I have to start ALL over again just to use the app. It’s not working correctly at all and I’m about to switch my debit card if it doesn’t straighten out.
It’s trash and won’t let me activate it

This striped app won’t let me activate it and it’s tell me to try again in 24 hours and I waited and nothing happened

Website and App isn’t working

I received my card in the mail today and I immediately activated it. I downloaded the app and filled in all than information then t would cut out and say “we’re experiencing problems try again later” then I tried it again and even went into Safari..... it felt almost like a scam because the page was different and the letters was different. I registered again it said I successfully registered then I go to log in and it says that none of my information is on there records. Please fix this problem I believe in tryin new cards but this is already giving me problems.

Never write reviews but today I had a transaction that I needed off my card,so call into customer service let them know what was going on everything was great but then they had told me they need to cancel my card with rent only 3 days away I had told them not to cancel my card and to void the dispute.I work in customer service and know that people never listen so not two minutes later I call back and speak with another rep and they informed me my card is cancelled and that they can’t restore it when I asked to speak with a supervisor I was told that it is what it is..So I have less then a quarter tank of gas in my car,rent in three days and a dollar in my wallet because I relied on my bank card.Ill be shopping around for a new bank service after using Green Dot for years

The app refused to let me register my card, I’ve just have tried atleast a few dozen times just for the same result...nothing.
