Customer service is HORRIBLE – Green Dot - Mobile Banking Review

I tried for the longest amount of time to try and speak to AN ACTUAL PERSON. The automated system does not give that option, if you want to get through to a person you literally have to report your card stolen. Which goes into another problem, the automated system is just that! It doesn't give any additional information or support.
