I don’t understand why I can’t deposit my check into account. Just because I don’t have enough history with green dot account not to mention I am being charged $7.95 monthly, for what when I can’t use it to make a deposit.

The app is practically useless: activate your card with a username and password does not work. Try to log in with that same info states the account does not exist. Then create a username AGAIN with same card number and info to log in. Does not allow me to use my information

I’m new to the whole Greendot Prepaid cards thing, and I have to say it’s very clean and simple. I just registered my info and card in today, thing is the app wont let me log in at all! It keeps saying I’ve got to be logged into Greendot’s site to log in.. which I am logged in on Safari, and I click remember me and both of them, only the safari site is letting me log in to Greendot not the app itself.

Foreign Transactions

It states that there is a 3% fee for foreign transactions and when I attempt to purchase anything in a different country the block the purchase and say it’s a safety concern. I only got this card to make foreign transactions. This company is a scam.

Up until now everything has been fine for me. Now there are tons of app errors I can’t move money have the time the half I can’t even sight in the last update actually hurt more then it helped hope this is fixed soon. Since leave this review all of the things have been fixed!! Thank you guys

I got this card due to a friend recommended it to me. But I’m not so sure know, half the time the Touch ID doesn’t work, doesn’t tell me that I got a deposit. The app doesn’t work properly, plus you have to qualify to do a mobile deposit, to me that makes no sense

Green dot banking company is a freaking scam first off I’ve never heard of the activation fee of $7.25 that’s out rages secondly there app is so broken it’s completely broken I’ve made a new user ID and password 20 times and every time I logon it says error horrible app horrible banking system would not recommend to anybody
