I set up my direct deposit through them. It comes in and then immediately placed in fraud. I. Ant get ahold of anyone and have been on hold MULTIPLE TIMES for over 2 hours. The chat tells you to log in and then when you do they tell you to call the number on the back of the card. So now the money I need, I can’t access. I can’t get ahold of anyone to actually figure out what’s going on. Absolutely the worse service I’ve ever had. If you are thinking about this card, HOPE you never need to contact them in an emergency because you’ll be waiting for a long time! God idiots all of them!

I think that you have a wonderful app. But I have been having several problems trying to access the app. Trying to sign in and connect. 100% of the time I am having to actually go online on a computer.
