The app is very helpful for foreigners like me. You can get a ride anywhere you want easily, and the only thing you need is to get the address or ping point where you need to get to.

If only the service, driver quality, and car quality followed the design and features of the app. The wait time is horrendous.

With Grab you cannot get out of the car early without paying the full fee. With Uber you can end your trip early and only pay for the part of the ride you took. Grab does not allow that.

Since the last update, Grab has added more advertisements and promotions that interfere with using the app. And now they have the names wrong on the entrances to the Thai government building where hundreds of expats have to go for visas etc.
