Trying to use in Manila and there are never any cars available. Have to click every minute to keep trying, so it requires constant attention and phone battery. Terribly frustrating.

This app was obviously well thought and designed, very intuitive and user friendly. It can be even better if the font size of plate number is a bit bigger or spaced out a bit so that a middle age person like can read it better without having to rush to find a reading glasses.

I found this app very useful, helpful and convenient. I use the grab car and the grab food as often as needed. I’m impressed with the drivers. They’re so courteous, efficient and friendly. This is my second year using it and I’m very pleased with the service.

The new version must be full of ladybugs because whenever I Oder food, the app stop working. I can not see any update, msges or eta. The driver have to call number. The app is trying to be mothership of all and it’s getting more buggy.

The app is great in terms of providing services that I use on the daily. However, it has several problems in terms of functioning. It “disconnects from server” during very inconvenient times, like when your delivery guy or driver is trying to message you or you’re trying to figure out how far your driver is. It is also very slow sometimes. There are a lot of kinks that the developers still need to address- and soon please!

The UI doesn’t work properly. The app accepts drivers that are way too far. The experiences is just much worse than Uber. Please focus on one product first and get this app right before moving on to other products. - from a very unhappy customer

Can I just have the grab apps separate. Not easy to navigate. I just want car use. Refuse to use this app

Grab is no better than taxi service in Manila. Worse even because they can accept you and then cancel if they find a better ride. Uber was a boon to commuters here but the government here in all its wisdom thought it too good of a thing. There ought to be a way to give an app a really negative rating because that’s what Grab deserves!

Whenever you need/want it most grab fails to deliver. Rainy day? Good luck! Dodgy neighborhood? Yeah right! How can it fail to find a driver 10 times and not raise the fare as an incentive? It’s pointless.
