Polls? Videos? Payments? I just want a car. The app is so bloated now and everything just gets in the way. At least give me the option of making the booking screen my default. This is a huge step backwards.

Oblivious to riders’ needs

How difficult must it be to automatically charge business trips to one credit card and non business trips to another one? How difficult must it be to allow more than one destination? How difficult must it be to allow the destination to be changed on the go, without fees but just by recalculating the fare? How difficult must it be to stop showing Grab Food adds when I want to book a car not order food? How difficult must it be to actually survey a few platinum users to find out what they want and just do it? How oblivious must you be of riders’ needs?

Terrible booking app

So frustrating that you cannot change a destination once you are on a ride, that you cannot add a stop in after the booking is made. It is so inflexible I have went back to using Comfort taxi app as at least you have the ability to change plans. Grab also has had terrible customer service, have asked numerous times for support when have had issues with drivers and often get no response. Often their drivers accept rides and are so far away that it makes no sense to wait but you can’t cancel. There needs to be a reasonable amount of time to cancel in, if a driver is clear across town or has another passenger they shouldn’t be able to accept a ride unless it won’t delay a pick up. Grab really needs an overhaul or a some good competition - Uber may not have been perfect but at least they understood customer support and had a decent app.
