Useless app to buy HS sports tickets. How in the world have you hoodwinked schools to deploy your platform with such amateur products? Amazon or StubHub should compete against you and blow you out of the market. This is about kids and HS sports. How about making it easy to buy tickets and support youth sports programs?
Issue with Athletic Pass

The app is not working properly. Seems like it is not updating. When I log in to get my tickets it shows I have athletic pass but the validate button never appears to finish transaction. This causes a lot of back up at the gate. Rather annoying. Luckily I have not yet been denied entry since I’ve been showing my receipt as well.

If there was a way to give zero stars I would. Bought tickets and showed up to the game only to have the app not load them. We weren’t the only people having issues and many people missed the first quarter trying to get through the gates. Tried tonight to buy tickets for next game and the app tells me there is an update. Won’t install or give me the option to install. I’m done with this garbage and will just pay cash at the gate.
Security Risk?

This app reminds me of output for a coding project for student developers. I question the security they have in place for storing credit card numbers when the basics of this app are so poorly implemented and barely functional (can’t even paste into input fields)... Now I guess I don’t have much of a choice here as this is my only option for a ticket...but wow.
Redeem Tickets Issue

I literally bought tickets for a game tonight on the app since I use digital ticketing with many sports teams in my city I was happy to see this as a High school Football option. The purchase was easy but then when I pulled up the tickets I thought redeem was to download like when Day Ticketmaster sends to claim your tickets . This is a very poor feature I would hope you improve to a scan only type technology. That being said I was worried to not be able to have tickets to the game and called the customer service line and got a voicemail prompting me to email them. I was immediately skeptical that I would not hear back with the game 2 hours away, but to my surprise I received a email within 5 minutes from Danielle who reestablished my tickets . Fantastic and quick customer service turn around . App needs a bit more but service was top notch in my book.

This is a horrible app. Was never allowed to finish my transaction. I had to shut it down and open it again a few times just to get through it. And once I got to the end it wouldn’t accept any credit cards. I am going to delete it.

I use this program to purchase all my kids’ HS tickets, but have to do it online as it won’t recognize my login or link via Facebook.
Awful app and no response from support

DO NOT USE!!! The app allows you to log in from Facebook. When you choose that option it redirects you to a web browser which then has you log into Facebook. The browser then redirects you to a webpage version of the app with you logged in, but never logs you in via the app. My debit card was also charged for tickets but I never received a confirmation email and the tickets do not show up in my account on the web page. The only available customer support option is email and they have not responded. I guess I’ll have to call my bank and stop the charge in order to get my money back.
