From reading reviews it appears many schools use this in different formats. Our school district allows fans to use this app/service to buy a season pass to all sporting events at the 3 high schools. Pay one lump sum, avoid lines to buy tickets and maybe come out ahead $$ when all is done. So far it worked fine. Buying wasn’t very difficult. I bought on a pc, got the app, used same email and login and tickets synced fine. But every time I go to an event and try to quickly pull up my mobile pass the App requires a new login with email and password. Super inconvenient when there’s a line of people behind you. It’s not like this is my bank app where I want that level of security. Just remember my credentials on my phone and don’t make me sign on every time. Please and thank you.

This is a great app to buy my child’s high school tickets on. It’s so easy and then I just have to send them to her via text for her to use. Love!!

this app will not let me log in when I actually need tickets. it does not save my password EVER and it keeps telling me I have an update and then not updating. the update does not show up in the app store and does not continue to update when I hit “update”. very upset that my school chose this instead of physical cards it’s so frustrating to use.

This app needs work. When trying to view purchased tickets, the app spins and spins. Click on another function in the app and then you can view them. The transfer function is very clunky. Overall, not very good.

Everytime I try to sign up it says email is already in use, tried this app and online and it does the same thing.

Beware setting up a account using the Facebook integration because after each app update you will be logged out and it is virtually impossible to get logged back in.

Forces me to sign in all over again every single time I use the app. Incredibly annoying and cumbersome. Once signed in, the app is just as likely to just spin for eternity as it is to actually pull up the event ticket. Great concept. Poor execution.

If used website to purchase tickets and signed in via FB, and THEN download mobile app? Sign gives you same Facebook sign in, which redirects to FB successfully, but never redirects to app with entry TO the app. Just a cycle of hell.
