Excellent customer service. The email with my event tickets “disappeared”. I contacted Customer Service and they quickly resent tickets. Very impressed!

Horrible search functionality, horrible purchase capability, horrible redemption functionality. Just can’t say enough bad things about this failure of an app. It’s horrible that we are subjected to having to use it to watch the games. Someone should be fired.

Made an error buying tix. I emailed and was contacted quickly and issue resolved. Only other issue was finding the game. Wasn’t listed when searching the school name.

The worst app ever I may never take my siblings to a game at all. They just take ur money. I paid them for tickets for a game and now it’s like I never bought them and now I have to purchase them again. Horrible app never use them.

The app does not keep up with or coordinate with the website version. I can find games and buy tickets on the web version, but the app says that there are no games for my school!!!! What is the point of having the app if it does not work!!!???!!!
