You need to build an option to allow the transfer of tickets within your own app from one user to another. The transfer via text and email is garbage.

I was not told ahead of time that you could not pay cash. I tried to go to the GoFan.com using my cell phone and the 12-16 character preset password faded at the end on my cell phone. I walked home to use my I-Pad and finally could buy a ticket, but, there was no way to use a credit card on the app., so I gave up. This is sad that when high school sport teams need financial support, it is almost impossible to buy a $7.30 ticket through this app. I will stay home today instead and watch college football. I hate this app. They are saying we are having to use it because of COVID but yet you have people looking and touching your phone. You can still purchase things from vendors and concession stand so why can’t we just purchase at the gate? Then to top it off it charges a dollar per ticket for a convenience fee. It’s anything but Convenient.

I can’t believe that in the midst of this pandemic that a company would take advantage of high schools having to find a hands free, no contact approach to accommodate state guidelines for allowing fans (mostly parents) to watch the games. They are charging a 25% “convenience fee”. They should ashamed to charge that rate in any scenario, but in a time like this it’s just a money grab to gouge a captive audience. Maybe they should refer to the way “Zoom” handled this opportunity and provide this service free to schools. Now they are the verb used to describe video conferencing.

You make me use an app because of COVID and then want me to pay you for it. Give me a break! We pay $5 for a ticket at the door and now it’s $6 through this app and then add a $1 Convenience Fee. You can keep your app. I’ll wait till people wake up. Good luck

Purchased ticket for daughter’s soccer game on from a link the school posted online. I was able to get my tickets from the email GoFan sent me and pulled right up at the gate. The school just clicked on the ticket and I was on my way. Convenient and easy.

Everything about the GoFan app was awesome. Bought tickets in less than 30 seconds, sent some to my family as they were arriving late, didn’t wait in line and barely broke stride walking through the gate to redeem my ticket. Our fan base was thrilled with this product and it is keeping us safe. Kudos to school leadership for finding and implementing this great product.

There’s a “heart” button for schools and my app won’t let me favorite any schools, every time I open the app it asks me to turn on my location, even though i push no every time. It’s still convenient and a good app, I just wish it worked a little better.
