One of the worst apps I have ever used

It freezes constantly, won’t load certain sections and is appallingly slow. If you work for a school and are thinking about using this app for your students, as a senior in high school, please PLEASE do not use this app. Find something different, it will save your students a lot of stress and time.
Ripped me off

Bought a ticket via gofan the day before the game and it charged a $1 "convenience fee." Got to the game Friday, pulled up my ticket and it said it had already been redeemed. Ended up having to purchase a ticket in person anyway. Never using gofan again.
Do not use

Please do not use this app. Its a waste of time and money. When you arrive on site you have to stand in the same line as everyone else that is buying tickets and you paid a service fee. Again, please do not use.

Love the app and it's convenience

I have used the app several times, not once did I have a problem. I rarely have cash with me and the convenience of going straight to the game without worrying about stopping by the bank to get cash is priceless.

This app is worthless...old Preptix app was much better. Won't show tickets but doesn't show them as redeemed either.
App confuses schools with same city name

The app does not handle schools in different states and same city names well. Also, after logging in and picking my school the app shows multiple schools with the same city name. I can't tell if I bought tickets for my school or another school.
I like the concept but it needs some serious fixes

This is a great concept for an app but it doesn't work when you need it to. Trying to pull up tickets while standing in line at a game it kept crashing but it was fine because the scanner wouldn't load for the ticket taker. So all around it was a giant cluster. Back in 2015 when our school started using this service it was fantastic now, not so much
