Doesn’t work at all

Just got off the phone with tech support and they assured me that I’m the only one who is having this problem. I keep getting alerts that say “server error” or “network error” when I try to sign in. Once it finally lets me in, it takes me directly to my empty shopping cart with a button for “SHOP.” This button does nothing and there is no way to leave that screen without closing and restarting the app. Then the fun starts all over again. Even tried deleting and reinstalling the app. Nada. iPhone X with the latest system update. This should work.

Love my my pro membership so much. It’s really nice to just order online, and not have to drive 45 minutes just to get some supplements.

Once I login it just tells me I have no items in my cart and on top of that I can’t do anything else.

The app doesn't seem to have additional photos of a product other than the initial photo. Where are photos of the back of a product so you can view the ingredients? Also, I see nowhere for reviews of the product. Strange

Terrible APP developers totally unstable and full of server comm errors! Hello Costco and Walmart sorry GNC can’t say I didn’t try.....
