GNC Scale not supported

I have a GNC scale that measures different things and I had it connected to my phone gnc app and it would sync all the information. Somehow I haven’t been able to connect it to this app since the upgrade or changes. Can someone help please
Online/ customer service exp was a nightmare!

Love GNC products and have been a customer for a long time, but had to call multiple times and each time received different information which led to extreme frustration for me and almost caused me to just throw up my hands and say forget it!

Just put together a whole order to find that I am unable to use a gift card while purchasing through the app. Really obvious thing they overlooked. Also doesn’t even show sales/deals such as items that are BOGO on the actual items themself.
Shipping Costs Are Ridiculous.

You guys might want to get with the ages and not charge such ridiculous prices for shipping. Your products are already expensive enough as it is. Good grief.
