Some times other trade shops are better than game stop. They give you more money for stuff you trade in. If game stop sadly went out of business . Other trade stores would thrive . Hopefully game stop can get better some time.
I love the app but now I am disappointed

I can login on the main site but on here it’s say my credentials are wrong when they are right. Plus it says my app is out of date when it ain’t this is ridiculous. Gamestop please fix this soon. I don’t want to go onto your main site to see my pre orders.

This app won’t even let me sign in anymore my password and email are correct, but when I put a wrong password it says wrong password. But why when I put the right password it loads and then says “check credentials and try again later.” Every since I had to update and I don’t know why it keeps signing me out. I’m deleting this app.

This app was super handy for me to be able to redeem rewards and see my preorders and such till the update. Now I can’t sign in at all. Not sure why. I can get in on my laptop without an issue but I get an error without fail on the app. Please fix!
After update can’t sign in anymore

I wake up and I have a notification from the app telling me I need to update to continue using the app, but once I do I can’t sign in and am unable to see my point or preorders anymore Totally unacceptable from a company such as Gamestop to even release an unreliable app when the last version was working just fine

Its been about a month that I have not been able to see my preorders on the app.

Aw yes I remember I went to preorder my Funko pop and since I know I could check the my preorder touching the “3 lines” on the top left and all in sudden it doesn’t track my preorder. I want to keep track on my product so I won’t forget Fix this small issue!! Overall, the app is great and all but the preorder section is when it doesn’t track my product.
