Can’t get anything to work. Will not search properly anymore and get nothing but errors. It’s stuff like this that makes me choose other places to shop

Nothing is fixed....I currently have 1 preorder currently with no record of it or release date on this app. This app used to be great.

I had good thoughts and words about this app at first but now that is gone. I paid for an item on the app to pick up in the store in the event they may be sold out before I get off work. SO I Apple Pay through the app and it tells me that there was a problem. I was going to back out and try again, except for the fact that about 3 seconds later, I get a notification from my wallet app that my money had been taken out. Yet, as far as I know, the purchase didn’t go through the app. I’m currently on hold with them. They told me that my item was not on hold in the store. So now I’m having to go on an endless goose chase to get the purchase taken off my card which may take 2 weeks to get the money back. STUPID
app keeps crashing before i can even open it on ipad...

i keep trying to open my app on my ipad and the app keeps crashing ever since the last update...also on my iphone wen i go to search for a item like (playstation plus 12 month subscription) it just says item isnt appearing for tht and alot of other items....this has been happening since last update, please fix this.

From certain preorders not showing up, to crashes, to randomly getting logged out they have never seemed to get issues under control. Couple that with the fact that Touch ID login never worked for me, I then switched to a phone with Face ID and then that has never worked for me. It just oozes mediocrity which is a testament to the overall quality of the company.
App Is Garbage Order In Store Instead

This app is garbage for ordering. 1st attempt: Unknown error. 2nd attempt: order goes through. Email says process order, should ship soon. 11 hours later email says order cancelled, no reason given. Email says to reply to email with questions. Reply to email, says inbox not checked, call # instead. Call #, told they cannot reprocess order, problem with shipping address. It was shipped TO A STORE!! Cmon! They asked me to try again. No thanks! Ordered from Walmart. Then bank informs me that the order from Gamestop was not refunded!! Seriously?! Order cancelled but not refunded. WORST ONLINE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER! Save yourself a headache and order elsewhere. App uninstalled!

The worst app on earth not only me but many of the people I know end up losing money buying ANYTHING off this app I tried to give it so many chances and honestly this app is garbage even if it’s trying to buy a simple little thing it will process it half way where it takes your money but doesn’t give you what you actually buy I’m never downloading this app again and never recommending it
