Trying to buy a google play gift card with a gamestop giftcard and everytime i try too it says that there is an error. Please fix i just want my google play credit
App is Outdated, and it doesn’t work

I’ve been using the GameStop app ever since we signed up for a Pro membership, until now. When I was trying to purchase some consoles, it displayed an error. That’s messed up. I can’t be using this app if it displays errors all the time. Just go to the website on the Safari browser; it’s much better.

This app is great when it comes to making purchases and getting trade in values. However, it needs a way to track your orders right from the app. It doesn’t even let you see the orders you have placed.
Never shows my preorders

I probably have about 6-7 different titles preordered yet it only shows 1 of them and even then the date is wrong.

So I originally had a problem because it didn’t show how much I had on my preorders but now it won’t show me my preorders at all *original* The new format is nice and clean for the preorders however they no longer say how much I’ve put down on them even after I click for more info This was a handy feature and it should be brought back
Don’t expect to get it fast.

Ordered on 11/27. It’s been sitting 2 hours away since the 12/1 and won’t get to me until the 9th. No contact number just useless robo email response. The app is useless. Inventory is always off. Can’t even check shipping info when using this app. Don’t buy anything online. Just go into the stores.
Pre Orders Never show up

The app needs major work. My preorders never show up anymore from either online or In store preorders. Also, it doesn’t show anymore how much you owe. Please fix these I would like to make sure my pre orders are there without always having to call the store or go in person, as do others.
