Where did the preorder progress go?

Used to show balance owed or if your pre-order was paid In full. Now the feature is gone with this latest update. Please fix and bring it back please!

It shows me old wii and ps3 games and I don’t have either of those consoles set as my preference

So my canceled preorders that are canceled online that I received a confirmation delete/ email for my preorders still show up on the app that I’m received them. When checked on Gamestop.com it states it’s canceled and I owe 0.00 dollars and that it’s been canceled. Please fix it’s really annoying when it still shows in the app that I have things preordered when I don’t (on the app)

I don’t write reviews, but this app is so terrible I feel the need to. Every time I try to scroll through games, or anything else, it just endlessly scrolls through the same 10-20 items. I’ve had this app for a couple years, on multiple different phones. I’ve downloaded, deleted, and redownloaded multiple times and I have the exact same issue. I honestly go on the app to scroll through games to find something to buy. Since it won’t let me scroll through games, I never end up buying anything.

You’re app is not loading any of my account information. You need to fix this. Also, your filters do not apply properly when trying to search for games, consoles, accessories, etc.

Signed into my account and it now shows all of my preorders don’t exist. I have 15 items on preorder and double checked at my brick and mortar. But now I can’t monitor from the app.
Please fix your store inventory online.

The store inventory is no where even close to being accurate on the website/app. Searched for over 20 vita games and all stores within a 100 miles do not show any of them in stock. Many are not hard to find either. Called stores to check for games and they had them in stock but online shows not in stock. This goes for several games for different systems. Not including the fact that with this new website, to search for a item I have to scroll through close to 100 stores that show not in stock just to see if it shows in stock. Before this update, everything worked just fine. Why??
