Do not get this app because if you make a account after like a week or 2 they log you out of your account and it happened so many time and if you forget your password then you have to email them and then have to make a password then if you forget it again then you have to do it all over again.so do not get this app

The security on this app is terrible!!! I have lost 46,000 points and 25,000 points on separate occasions... this is a headache tho because I keep trying to save points and they some how keep disappearing... so if you don’t check often you can lose out on point that we’re earned on your own dollar! This is ridiculous fix app fast please! I will saw I was reimbursed for one for have yet to hear back on the 25,000 points

Use to love this app but after all there recent updates it ruined the save your trade in feature to keep track of what you want to trade in .

Used to like this app but since these updates I can no longer see my preorders here or on the website. Want to know how you update something and make it worse just ask GameStop

They really need to update their trade-in prices accordingly to what is in their system everyday . Most of the time when I use the quoted trade prices on the app I will not get that same amount when I actually go into the store. If I am being quoted an exact price then I expect to get that when I go in-store.

I have a power up rewards card and i have earned a ton of points. But i cant even redeem more than 25 dollars of points on a transaction anymore. I used to be able to redeem 60 dollars worth of points. This corporate company is getting more and more selfish. Even the employees that work there think their company are a bunch of thieves and are selfish.

I don’t know if something is wrong with my app, but I’ve deleted and re-downloaded but ever since the recent download you got rid of the “genre” search. That’s the stupidest thing in the world. That was the most convenient search if I wanted to see what types of games were coming out across all platforms. What was the purpose of removing this...?

I’ve been a long time Pro member of GameStop, but have never really had a good experience with their app. The last round of pre-orders I made only displayed less than half in the pre-order tab. Now, they have all disappeared from that tab entirely. Additionally, the app will randomly kick me out after just a few minutes, and will not even allow me to sign in on my iPad. GameStop, PLEASE! Bite the bullet and get an app developer that will fix this once and for all. Your customers will appreciate it!
