I had this issue in the store, I tried to use my points to get a coupon and it wouldnt work, we assumed it was due to it being December 31, 2019. Fast forward to Jan 8th, 2020 and the coupons all say they expire last year! What’s the point of paying money and getting this app if I can’t even use it!

App update on 1/1/20 is the worst. Reached out to customer service and Erick R. C105958 GameStop Guest Care is the worst person at gamestop guest care and i pay for this thought membership.
