On the iOS app it’s not given to me the option of check-in daily in order to win points. I’ve reach out unsuccessfully via email.

Keeps sending me to the website through chrome, the app itself is slow when I go search for something, it’s my first experience and I don’t like it, needs redesign.
Up date preorder and balance paid

I like too used the app no problem but when they change preorder can’t find and the best part was when I check the balance of my preorder. They need to bring back the balance and the problem can’t find my preorder on the preorder there list.
HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT

This app is annoying to use. When scrolling through products everything starts to repeat. No option for Protection Plans on checkout like the website. A lot of items are unavailable to put in cart yet can put in cart on web browser site. Cannot send feedback through app since it won’t connect to my email app. Web browser has had issues for over a week now with no response from customer service. Cannot access cart for checkout- keeps giving an error that there is a tech issue. Guess I won’t be buying from these guys anymore.
Very glitchy lately

For the past month, I haven’t been able to look up trade-in values for PS4 consoles. Only the Vita shows up. What strange is that the Vita image also shows up in all other console categories, including Xbox and Nintendo. I’m not sure how a glaring issues like this can go unaddressed for so long. I’m sure every store in the nation is now getting calls enquiring about console values now that the app is defunct. I also can never look up active offers, it always says no current offers. I’ve been an elite and pro member for years and I can’t access my offers. I’m out of the loop due to its shortcomings.

I like using the GameStop app to keep myself updated on games but lately it’s been slow. I have a game per order but it doesn’t show up on my per order list

I've complained numerous times. Tried to be nice about. Don't download. They're no longer letting people pre order games for pick up at the store. Boycott!
