Unreliable logins

I used to enjoy the app because it was easy to use. Now I am not able to log in. I can do so on the actual website but not here.

I always get logged out of my account and it keeps aging my credentials are wrong. (Mind you i changed my password multiple times to be for sure I’m putting the correct info in)

This is crap I’ve always used my app to log in but it just kicked me out and when I try logging in it wouldn’t work. It would give me an error but I was able to log in using a browser. The app is crap!!! Fix the bugs!!!!

So first I just want to say I like the app when it decides to work. Consistently having sign in issues. I get failure messages or bad credentials massage even when entering the correct information. Other issues I’ve noticed ordering / preordering from this app is nonsense. You can add item to cart then when you go to check out error message every flipping time load from a web browser no issues. Also staying signed doesn’t work randomly logs me out after a few hours to a few days. Another great glitch they haven’t fixed is preorders. sometimes after preordering and making a deposit on the preorder it shows that you’ve preordered more then one copy.

Been trying to sign in on my account for the pass week and it keeps telling me there was a problem. Changed my password and still says the same thing.

I haven’t been able to login to the app in over a week now. I spend a ton of money at your stores and use the app several times a week, that is when it will sign me in. I’ve tried reinstalling the app and that didn’t work. I can login just fine on the website. going on a week now of the app not working. Although I guess it’s to expected from a company that’s clearly struggling to stay relevant.

This app is great when you’re logged in. However, it won’t even let me log in now after I signed out. It says make sure your credentials are right(which they are because I tried it like 10 times) or try again. So now it’s pretty useless because I can’t even get my rewards card info or use my account. Speaking of rewards cards it won’t even let me put my card info in my Apple Pay wallet. ):

The App use to work great! But now It wont even let me sign in. I have uninstalled the app three times. Changed my password several times. The website works great. Please fix the app.
