Can’t Go Out of Business Quickly Enough

you might as well use the website because that’s where it always takes you when you want to look at something. plus I can’t even pay or access my power up credit card through the app. waste of a download.

Great app absolutely loved it but there are problems like the preowned price being more expensive then the new price and some games it not letting you get trade in estimates

Where go to store to preorder a game . If put 5.00 down on preorder. In app show that remains balanced of your preorders now app show say 59.99 when I currently put money down to my preorder can fix that please

My entire user experience has been extremely disappointing, and doesn’t just stop there, got looted by the franchise / company on trade in credit where they legit said I would have to buy another crappy product for them. Albeit I traded in a pretty awesome Xbox 1 system. Got a “premium refurbished” Wii U and the thing didn’t even work, returned it and was only able to get “trade credit” goodbye $270 for everything. App is a waste of time, doesn’t even connect to the website. Actually that whole place is a waste of time.

The app is okay for looking at stuff or cataloging your games, but useless to order from. It’ll just decide that the billing info doesn’t match your credit card, go waste gas to drive to a store where you’re forced into human interaction
No point to this app

You’re better off just using their mobile website, almost everything on the app redirects there. Make the app self-sustained and then it will be useful, until then only 2 stars because with some luck you can add rewards/coupons to Wallet.

Why is it that I have to sign in EVERYTIME I open the app?? Also when their are sales and such I want to look at why does it redirect me to the gamestop web page, I got the app purposely so I wouldn’t have to go online everytime I wanted to check for games and deals, that’s what the app is meant for!

Everything except buying things, which is the main point of this app, works. But no matter what I did, I could not get a transaction to work on this app with a credit card. Never have. Probably never will.
Used to be good

Logs you out involuntarily, doesn’t show how much you have left to pay on a pre-order (which it used to do), and just overall has gone downhill. I know you’re looking at these gamestop, might want to fix the problem before the company runs to the ground.
