Not working

The app don’t work at all it won’t login so I can pull up my stuff. I am disappointed it was working fine but now it won’t work I use the app all the time.

For weeks now every time i login it says “Error”. When i “purposely” enter a wrong password, it says password not correct. So i updated my account, made a new password and still says “Error”. Fix the app!

How are you a tech company with a crappy app? I would expect this kind of garbage from a plumbing app or a grocery store app but from a video game store?! Not sure if anyone else has this problem, but if you’re scrolling through more than approx. 20 items on a list, you’ll start seeing duplicates. For example, search “statues”. It’ll give you a list of hundreds. However, after scrolling through just a few, you’ll start seeing the same statues (in the same order) over and over again as if the list isn’t going anywhere and it’s stuck on an infinite loop. Furthermore, one random day this app decided to log me out and now even with the CORRECT email and password (believe me, I checked a dozen times) it keeps giving me an error asking me to try again later. Well I have been trying again later, and later, and later - and it still won’t let me in. I asked the dude at my local GameStop and he said he hadn’t heard of any issues with it (of course he hasn’t ?) Long story short: there’s a reason there’s so many bad reviews here. One bad review? Maybe it’s a bad experience. But hundreds/thousands of bad reviews?! Yeah, this is on GameStop. FIX. YOUR. APP!
Won't let me sign in

For the past month I've not been able to sign in the app. All it does is give a vague error message saying something went wrong. I can sign in on the web browser just fine, but the website is designed poorly. This has occurred periodically, but not for this long.

Every god forsaken time I open this app it ALWAYS logs me out for some reason, and not only that. For the past month I haven’t been able to log in because apparently my credentials are wrong when I kNOW they’re not. It just got to the point where I just turned off notifications for the app.

I used to love the app and used it very often. Recently it kept signing me out and now I can’t log back in at all. I had to change my password and after I did it keeps saying “Error. There was a problem signing in. Please check your credentials carefully, or try again later.” However the same email and password works on the website but not on the app and I can’t get it to work. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling as well as turning my phone off and back on and still no luck.
This App needs work...

I can’t even log in my account cause there’s always an error showing. I’ve reset several of times and still no sign of improvement. I get booted out of my account whenever I logged into it but like I said: this app needs to improve tremendously.
