After the new update, I was force logged off and now when I attempt to sign in it gives an error message...

Can no longer sign in on app Or cant sign in from the Internet hopefully this gets fixed soon also it lost what I had pre ordered disappeared

I’m gonna keep this short and simple. The app isn’t working the way it needs to. It use to work for the most part but I’ve been experiencing issues. It works as it should when searching games and other products. Where it doesn’t work for me, I can’t log in to my account cause it keeps telling me my credentials are wrong. I can log into the regular website just fine but the the app has been giving me trouble.

I have been a powerup rewards member for a year now and the app does not let me sign in even though it does perfectly on the computer,something about not having proper credentials.Not even your store employees know why

Can't even login: useless app

Can login just fine on the website but this app tells me to "check my credentials". Wanted to use the app for a more user friendly experience but am yet again reminded that gamestop doesn't care about the user/gamer

Gamestop must not want people to use this app. Touch ID always fails. It’s constantly logging me out.

Nice minus one issue

Great selection of games and consoles to search, but video playback doesn’t have audio on. It can’t be fixed with the current settings.
