This app used to work great showed you what you owed on preorders now doesn’t and won’t even let me log in anymore can log in fine on webpage but not in app fix your app GameStop!!!

I’d give this app a more accurate review, but it won’t even let me sign in. I’ve reset my password, so I know I am entering the correct information, and it still won’t let me sign in. It’s just keeps saying “error!” Get this fixed!!!!

I can login to the website just fine & I used to be able to login to the app. Now all of a sudden it errors out on sign in saying check your credentials. Yet those credentials work just fine on the website.

App keeps giving me error messages. I enter their same info on the website and i can sign in with no problem. I’ve reset password like 10 times and it still won’t let me sign in on the app.

App was good to use for a while. I tried logging in and kept saying error. So I made a new password thinking that was the problem but nope. After I made a new password it wouldn't let me login to the app. I can only login from the website but not the app. The app was good to use to see my rewards and other stuff but if I can't login then what's the point to even have the app?

The GameStop app has numerous problems that I have been ignoring to complain about until now, when I cannot even log into my account anymore. I have been a power-up rewards pro/elite member for the past few years and love the benefits of it. However, this junky app won’t even let me check my trade credit balance because I can’t log into my account anymore. Any attempt of normally doing so results in an error from the app. Please, fix it.
