I don’t like this app because it doesn’t let you watch the next episodes of what your watching and they just leave you hanging that’s the worst!

I got the app to what my hero academia but it seems like I needed to have a subscription which I did not know why ? But I just hope that I could still watch the anime I want who thought having to pay for all of them

It’s pretty obvious no one cares about this app that’s working on this app. How about you fire everyone who’s useless, this company must be hiring diversity hires based on how much incompetence is publicly displayed. New anime’s never work, when they start working months later then they don’t check that they’re playing the correct sound. Customer support just tells you to reinstall the app, so stupid like my app controls their server.

This is the slowest streaming app I’ve ever used

I thought after a few years things would get better. The videos are always pixelated, and there are so many bugs. Like trying to skip an intro is always a battle, you can’t even push play after skipping a few minutes ahead the whole system glitches out and won’t even let you exit the show. So you close the app and when you come back your history shows youre episodes behind where you were. It’s so annoying and takes so much time just to watch some tv. I pay for a reason like why is this app so slow?

I purchased the 50.00 premium plan last summer. I’m enjoying my subscription until December of 2021. All of sudden they kicked me out of the app and said I needed to create a new account. I purchased the yearly plan so my subscription is not done till the summer. I then did my whole account thing and try to restore purchase. Nothing. It just says if I want to upgrade. So I contact customer support and all I get is the runaround. Still waiting for my account to be restored or my money back. You can’t just take away the plan I paid for which not expired yet and not tell me about it. Just going to go and get crunchyroll
